Arriving when we say we will, equipped to protect your carpets and furnishing to carry out the work.
Where a replacement part for the gas fire is required, we work with our Customer Service team to find parts within 24 hours.
All our engineers are Gas Safe Registered with qualifications to work on different types of gas fires. Once complete, we will explain what the problem was, what we have done or will need to order to ensure that your home, is once again, back to instant heat. We leave your home as we found it, clean, tidy and with everything safely intact. If replacement parts are unavailable or you just want to update your gas fire, we can supply and install a new one.
